DVC and Deluxe Dining

I thought I had seen this answered, but can not seem to find the thread, so forgive me if this has been covered. I know Free Dining can not be added to a DVC points reservation. However, can you add the discounted Deluxe plan that they are offering during this time? Many thanks for any help!

Free Dining may be upgraded to the Deluxe Dining Plan. I think it cost us $32 per day, per person.

There is no discount on any form of the dining plan for DVC members. You can add only the full price dining plans to a DVC reservation.

The "discounted deluxe" plan you are seeing comes from the fact that guests booking the free dining package can "upgrade" to deluxe by paying the difference between the basic and the deluxe plans. You'd have to be eligible to get free dining, and DVC members are not eligible for free dining. Free dining applies only to full price room/tickets packages.
