DVC add-ons and closing costs?

Recently my guide told me that although there are generally closing costs for new purchases, he said (I think) that there are no closing costs charged for add-ons. Is this correct? My memory's kind of fuzzy. I know we were discussing about 100 point add-on at a new resort, other than where we own. What are the closing costs charged at a resaler for a contract about that size?

no closing costs for adding on direct with DVC.

TSS is around $400 in closing costs for a 100 pt contract.
