DVC Access to Early Park Openings ?

When staying at the resort, do DVC'ers have access to the various park early opening days ? I have been assuming yes (my BCV purchase is yet to close), but the "Magic" packages thread down below has made me wonder.

As long as you stay at one of the Disney Hotels, you are eligible for early entry.
