The list of Christmas Trees are on the 1st page 1st post , you can check for avalable dates. Some of the trees have been shipped ( i will post the ones that have been shipped) and some trees are being shipped very soon. Once the trees have been shipped it may be to late to add names to the list.
i try to get as many families on the tree lists as i can, i start taking DVC names July 1st. If you didnt get on this tree list look for the thread "DVC 7th year of sharing alittle magic" the beginning of July.

I am heading out to the post office now but wanted to show what my boxes look like...

On all 6 sides it says Boardwalk tree #1 or BWV Tree #1 (for the Old Key West people, same deal, different name lol) So no matter how they are laying on the shelf, they can see those labels. Also the name list is on 3 sides, with the address label on the 4th. Hopefully this will help the bellmen find both boxes.

Edited to add... it cost me $35 to ship both boxes down, so if each of my families put in 10-15 bucks, I might get re-embursed a bit.

Even though we are not participating this year, I would like to thank you for doing this. We will shoot for next year. We would have this year but we are spending our first 5 days in a studio then the last 4 in a 1br. It would probably be too big a hassel to put it up take it down put it up.....
You guys are great.

DISNEY FIX, thank you, but our trees are 2 1/2, 3 and maybe 4 ft. they are decorated already and you pull them out of the box and spruce them up. we try to make them as easy as possible. we will look forward from hearing from you next year. Starting July 2009.

Hello! SSR Tree #1 was shipped Sat. 11/8. I also had to send 2 boxes. It was $18.90 from Fed-Ex. The workers were great at trying to get the cost down for us.

Not sure if I can even get in on this or not, but we are at AKV from December 21-26th and would love a tree. I am willing to take any tree, can pick up and drop off at any of the Resorts, if it is allowed.

Trying to plan what we are going to ship down ahead of our visit in terms of decorations ...

Is there anything I need to add to BWV tree 3? Do we need some extra lights for the balcony and what not?

I am so EXCITED to spend Christmas in Disney

Great price Chellymouse. That's like almost half of what UPS charged me. Of course it could be the outdoor lights that are breaking the bank on my boxes. They are very heavy. Most everything else is pretty light.

I wish I'd had the time to take it to FEDX. Next year for sure. Sorry families of SSR#2 and OKW#3.

I know it's over kill, but last year I didnt get a tree and a box of ornaments back, oddly from different sets. So I went over board so everyone knows there are two boxes and no matter how they are placed on the shelf you can see exactly what tree it is. Hopefully bell services will notice and keep them together.

According to the tracking, it was delivered to BWV this morning!
