DVC/180 days rule

Okay, I have a ?

We will be renting DVC points for our stay, I am not a DVC member, but my name will be on the reservation. Can I still make ADR's at 180 days?

I believe you can make your ADR's, after the reservation is made it should be no different than if you made the reservation yourself. What I do know is that if you wanted the DDP that has to be added by the same person who owns the timeshare and you pay for it when you arrive.
