Dumb Dog question....

Why my female dogs humps my male dog all the time, it is funny because she is so little and she is a girl, DH said that she is just showing domain (sp?) but I thinks is weird.

it is funny...my male dog and my brothers male dog never hump and my mom and sister's female dogs both hump like crazy.

I know! I don't get it either. My poor boy dog looks at me all traumatize and she just humps like crazy. My kids think is funny too.

Our girl dog does the same thing, only she grabs her favorite toy and
runs into her doggy bed and rides the thing to town . . If she sees anyone
looking at her she stops and give you a look like,,, "whad are you looking at" ?
She has been spayed so we have no idea why she does this ,,, weird

Weird but normal.

Altered dogs and even dogs of the same gender will mount each other.

They're doing one of two things: expressing dominance or playing.

DS6 keeps asking why Shadow (our female) keeps trying to get piggy back rides from Simba (our male).

We're convinced that our dog Minnie (as in Mouse!) is a nymphomaniac. She has this plushie elephant toy that she humps ALL THE TIME! It's pretty entertaining actually

I see, DH told me that too. Our Kids thinks is funny too, because she is so little and grabs Nugget (male dog) and he walks away and drags her along.

LOL! how funny. Tink humps Nuggets (male dog) on the head when he is sleep or humps DH's legs too.
