Here is a question that I am not sure was ever brought up regarding our dues and the real estate property taxes portion that is allowed to be deducted.
I just got my statement for my 05 dues, what year gets deducted? Do I deduct the estimated property taxes for 05 on my 04 return or deduct the actual paid for 04 on my 04 return? I hope I am clear.
