Dues Statement - We haven't gotten ours!

we just closed on SSR in November but we have yet to see the dues statement... isn't that abnormal?

We purchased in December and hadn't seen the statement yet either. I called MS and I went on the monthly payment plan. I would call MS as dues are due by the 14th or they assess a late fee.

thanks. We are planning on putting the whole thing on our Visa anyway (God love Aeroplan points!) so I will call them tomorrow to pay. Can you do it over the phone?

Yes, MS Accounting will accept payment over the phone.

You could also check to see if your dues statement is available on the dvcmember website. If it is, you can pay it online.
