We own at 3 resorts, including OKW, and we haven't received anything either. We pay our dues monthly by automatic withdrawal so if I remember correctly, don't we just ignore the bill anyways?
Just curious- with multiple resorts and automatic withdrawal, do they do one combined amount each month -or- multiple separate transactions per resort and/or contract?
Our VGC didn't appear on our 2009 statement so we only had BLT for the last few months. Both should start Jan 15th with a catch-up amount for VGC but less rebating amounts for real estate taxes for both; I'm REALLY curious what the amounts are going to be when all is said and done!
In the end it doesn't really matter to me (we use a no-fee checking account), but if someone used savings [I think the Mouse had that as an option] and/or was charged a bank fee per transaction it could make a big difference!
New DVC owner here at OKW. There was a message for me on the DVC website under the Annual Dues link stating, "Contract Number XXXXX.X requires your attention. Please contact Member Accounting at .....". I called and they wanted to verify how I was going to pay my dues (i.e. lump sum or monthly). While I had them on the phone, I asked when a statement will be mailed and was told they were to be mailed within the next 7 days.
