did everyone from okw get their bill for their dues yet? I haven't yet I was just wondering if it was lost in the mail or something??

MS told me yesterday, that they will be available on the member's website Saturday morning, with payment due the 15th of January.

In answer to your question, no, we have not received a mailed billing. They generally arrive right after Christmas with all the other bills.

As a previous poster said, they will be up on the website prior to that.

All we have received is the annual budget booklet.

We own at 3 resorts, including OKW, and we haven't received anything either. We pay our dues monthly by automatic withdrawal so if I remember correctly, don't we just ignore the bill anyways?

Just curious- with multiple resorts and automatic withdrawal, do they do one combined amount each month -or- multiple separate transactions per resort and/or contract?

Our VGC didn't appear on our 2009 statement so we only had BLT for the last few months. Both should start Jan 15th with a catch-up amount for VGC but less rebating amounts for real estate taxes for both; I'm REALLY curious what the amounts are going to be when all is said and done!

In the end it doesn't really matter to me (we use a no-fee checking account), but if someone used savings [I think the Mouse had that as an option] and/or was charged a bank fee per transaction it could make a big difference!

New DVC owner here at OKW. There was a message for me on the DVC website under the Annual Dues link stating, "Contract Number XXXXX.X requires your attention. Please contact Member Accounting at .....". I called and they wanted to verify how I was going to pay my dues (i.e. lump sum or monthly). While I had them on the phone, I asked when a statement will be mailed and was told they were to be mailed within the next 7 days.
