4 wheeled. That was the man reason I got new luggage. You can pile stuff on top and still move. They are sometime hard on carpet though.

Can't tell you which one is easier to fly into but I think BWI is easy to get in and out of via car.

You can also fly into Harrisburg and certain times of the year into Hagerstown.
