I felt like I had a toothache in the bottom of my foot. I put duct tape on it, and now my foot doesn't hurt. :thumbsup2

OK I'll bite, what the heck made you do that? I'm sure I'm missing something, but what the heck else is new

Yet another use for duct tape! :teeth:

Won't it hurt when you rip the duct tape off? :confused3 I have heard of using duct tape to get rid of a wart, but never for pain. Where did you get the idea to try it?

Beats the heck out of me. I just thought I remembered hearing or reading to do that, so I figured why not? I don't know how long it will work, but for now, it feels better.

I use these Sally Hansen wax strips to defuzz my arms, maybe I should try duct tape, probably cheaper and cover a lot more area... :thumbsup2

Might hurt a bit more, ya think?

uhh technically,, duct tape will not stick to 90 % of human hair...

My DH is an electrical contractor and swears black electrical tape will fix anything. So, why no duct tape, too? :goodvibes

hi
there have been threads here and elsewhere about using duct tape instead of moleskin or blister plasters for hot spots on your feet. apparently ballet dances use it all the time when dancing!

My BIL and his friends always tape up with duct tape before windsurfing.

Duct tape fixes everything at our house. I've started to color coordinate my color scheme to match it.

Hmmmm?.....Im thinking you might be on to something.

DS will love it when I tell him about this duct tape cure...he's become a duct tape afficiando...been making a few bucks off of his duct tape products...wallets, roses, book bags, purses, and he's finishing his first backpack now. For his little cousin, he made a "Redneck Princess" purse, which was a big hit...he'd made her dad a camo duct tape wallet earlier. Gotta love that stuff...I use it as a thimble when I embroider..it protects my finger, but gives me enough flexibility to handle the needle with ease.

I stubbed my little toe severely 2 weeks ago. The doctor said it wasn't broken, I have a torn ligament - but it still hurts. Maybe I should duct tape it!!
