DTD to Hopp Dee Do

Yes you can do the bus! I dont recall if there is a boat from DTD there maybe ! I know most dvc resorts have boats sorry I cant recall if WL does I know they do from MK!

Hoopdedoo is at Ft Wilderness which is close to the MK. The boats from DTD go to POR and POFQ and OKW and Saratoga Springs.

You would have to take a bus to Wilderness lodge and then an internal bus to Pioneer Hall. Or you could take a bus to MK and then take a boat to FW campground.

Robin, all you have to do is either take the bus to Fort Wilderness, then once there I think you have to get on an internal bus to Pioneer Hall, or you can bus from DTD to the Wilderness Lodge then take the boat to FW.

Sorry, hate to say it, but what I quoted above is all INCORRECT information.

Pioneer Hall is in Fort Wilderness, not Wilderness Lodge -- they are 2 different properties.

There's no such thing as a bus from Downtown Disney to Mk or to any of the other theme parks.

So on to the OP's question ...

There are 2 "good" ways to go from DTD to Hoop Dee Doo Revue. Which you do is up to you.

• Bus from DTD to Wilderness Lodge. Boat from Wilderness Lodge to Fort Wilderness. Pioneer Hall is VERY close to FW's boat dock, it's like a two-minute walk.

• Bus from DTD to Fort Wilderness. From that point, it would be a VERY long walk to Pioneer Hall. You'd need to take the FW internal shuttle bus to Pioneer Hall.

Personally, I'd take the first one on the list.

Or...you could take the bus to the Contemporary from DTD and then take the little boat to Ft. W..it drops you just down the path from Pioneer Hall. That's what we always do.

Option one is good but there is one better...Bus from DTD to WL, BUS from WL to FW. The WL-FW bus runs regularly as part of the FW internal loop, many people don't know about it, but it drops right of at the bus station close to Pioneer Hall.

You can take a bus to either WL or FW - if you do walk from the parking lot at FW OR from the WL bus stop, you are looking at about a 20 minute walk. I have done both many times.

The internal bus is easy, though at FW. Any Settlement bus will get you there.

There are many ways to get there - you could walk to Saratoga Springs, then get a bus to the MK and a boat. BUT, I'd just get the bus to either WL or FW and go from there. You can also get a bus from the WL if you don't want to walk. I'd leave DD by 3ish or so, maybe 3:30 to give plenty of time - they tend to ask that you are there like a half hour before seating time.
