DTD restaurant hours

Does anyone know how late the bars stay open at Downtown Disney and what time they stop serving food and drink? Since PI is closed, my friend and I plan to bar hop thru DTD on our trip and we aren't sure how early/late we should set out to do so.

Has anyone done this? Any suggestions of where to hit/what to order? We had thought of starting in the Marketplace at the Margarita bar, and were considering visiting some of the following: TRex (we just think the atmosphere would be cute to check out), Fulton's (must have a mai tai!), Portobello, Raglan Road, the new place opening in PI, maybe the cigar bar (is this still open?), WPC, Bongos and House of Blues. I think the only 'must do's' are the margarita bar, Fulton's, Ragland Road and the new place (something 37?).

Also, what time do the buses stop running from DTD back to to the resorts now that PI is closed?

We ate in Raglan Road (in March) after seeing the 9:00 showing of Cirque de Soliel. We were seated about 11:00, and were allowed to order off of the bar menu (burgers, fish and chips, stuff like that). Not sure how late that runs to.

Not that it was on your list but, Planet Hollywood serves food until at least 1:00

The buses run until 1:30 or 2:30 am.
