DTD pin event question

This question is for the Downtown Disney X-mas time in the city event on the 15th. I did not register for the event, so I was wondering since they have pin signings and the pin trade cart there, will I able to do those things without registration?

Yes those items you said along with the Goofy's Tree Trimming Tour is also for Day guests.
Plus WOD will be releasing the LE 7500 Walt's Birthday Pin, 5 new Lady and Tramp pins and the #2 Cartoon spinner pin and who knows what else.
