Usually carry backpack in parks as we have a toddler and other boys and don't want to take my Kelly Moore bag so looking for option or a sleeve to put camera in.

I use a CamelBak LUXE (it's actually designed as a bicycle backpack), and it fits my Canon Rebel XTi with the 18-55 and 75-300 lenses, along with enough space for a few snacks and my phone, wallet, keys, etc. It's not padded, but I don't really need it to be since I'm not wearing it on rides or anything.

I use a neoprene camera case for my camera. It's enough to protect it from minor bumps and doesn't add lots of extra bulk. Bought it on amazon for under $20 I think.
