DS Markdowns 9/8

Just got back from my local DS. Some more markdowns have taken place mainly in the plush and adult clothing. The "teen style" zip up sweatshirts are now $14.99 (orig. $34.50). The adult snap front sweatshirt jackets are also $14.99 (orig. $39.50). Some adult pajamas are marked down to $12.99, but not all styles are included. The Nemo plush is on sale for $9.99 (the first time I've ever seen this). Some other plush is $3.99 and includes Stitch as Elvis, the Back to School versions and the denim-looking plush. A large selection of bean bags are 50% off. The back to school bean bags are $1.99 as are some smaller clip-ons.
Backpacks and lunch kits are $5.99. No change in the adult t-shirts. They are still $7.99. Baby clothing is 50% off. There were other items on sale for 25% off but they were mainly toys.

Do you think that the costumes are selling so well that they may not go on sale?

I would love to get DD a Pocohantas or Jasmine costume for her birthday. My DDs dress up as princesses everyday so they are well used dresses/costumes.

I was hoping to at least catch one for 25% off. Oh, I will buy it and then 2 weeks later it will go on sale.(my usual luck).

some of the costumes have already been 25% off. I remember Sleeping beauty, Buzz lightyear, Ariel and a few others that I can not think of right now. You just have to keep checking and Im sure you can get them for at least 25% off.

Thanks for posting about the sale.
I bought 3 zip up sweatshirts 2 days ago and paid $19.99 I went back to the Disney Store today and got $15 back!
More money for Disneyworld!!!

The Disney Store I went to had the Lizzie McGuire costumes and accessories for 50% off.

Probably because its a strange costume! I dont like it or the Kim Possible one really

They also had a rack of girls nightgowns and 2 piece silky pjs for $9.99

The costumes that WERE 25% off, went back up, only Lizzie is on sale now..........

The least likely to go on sale are Cindy and Belle. And Power Rangers.
