DS Cost us $75 Today

He clogged the toilet in his bathroom last night. Dad and I couldn't get it plunged. Today DH called a plumber who unblocked it.... for $75.

So, DH asks DS at dinner if he was going to pay for it. DS said that he would pay for it. We should just take it out of the money that we'll be giving him to spend at WDW next month!

I asked what made him think we'd be giving him money to spend. He said, "aw, come on, Mom. You know that you're going to put us on a budget." How could I argue with that?

Well at least he offered to pay for it.

awww but look at that cute face!! Some day you'll laugh about it -- like when my now 14 year old was about 4 he stuffed quarters in his Dad's CD player in the car. We paid about the same amount to have it fixed and the next day he did the very same thing!! The mechanic took pity on my DH and told him how to fix it himself with a clothes hanger. NOW we laugh about it!

Invest in a toilet auger...it's worth it's weight in, ummm, gold.
