DS and DD meet Gaston: Definitely worth the wait!! (Video Link)

One of the highlights of our last vacation was seeing our kids meet Gaston for the first time in front of Gaston's Tavern in New Fantasyland. Our children may have been a bit puzzled by his attitude, but it was pure joy for DH and me. You just can't go wrong with Gaston!

Your kids are adorable! I think Gaston's a great choice for a meet-and-greet character; he's a character who can say non-princely things without frightening the youngsters, and he's FUNNY.

I know DS wasn't smiling or laughing much in the video, but when he sees it now he just about dies laughing. And when DD watches herself on YouTube, she says (very loudly and excitedly), "I MET GASTON!!!!"

I think you two are correct. It is so funny; we all raise our children a certain way: to be kind and respectful to others and to always be humble. Gaston breaks every rule you can imagine, so naturally DS was a bit... conflicted.
