DS (12) Kideney Stone update

The doctor said that an x-ray would not show if the tube has been stretch enough. So.....Surgery is scheduled for 04/08. They aren't even going to try to do the shock-wave to blast it, but rather try to get it in one piece with a basket. If that doesn't work, he will try to break it into pieces with an internal laser.

Oh, Carol, your son has my sympathies. I'm scheduled to have mine blasted next week, so he is definately in my prayers.

Ouch....all of us that have had kidney stones are cringing....

Mine are impervious to the lithotripsy - I have super stones! UGH
