Drving from MCO to Windsor Hills

Wondering which way is better? 528 to 4 or 417.

It's been a few years, but I've liked 417 to avoid I4 during rush hour. Straight shot on 417 to 192.
We get in at 4pm, would like to avoid all that I4 mess.. Hopefully it's still the same, but every map takes me 528 to I4....

We always take the 528 route but we usually land late morning or late evening. Landing at 4pm, I might go the 417 route.

Last trip we took the 417 back to the airport because it seemed like 4 was always backed up going that direction no matter what time it was!

The few times we took 417, we never had any traffic issues.
