My DH showed that to me yesterday. That guy isn't falling over like that from being drunk. That is the affects so some narcotic. I'ved watched Celebrity Rehab and one of the guys on there(a musician named Stephen) was acting like that. If I can remember correctly he used heroin. It's sad.

Oh wow! That's one of the funniest videos I've ever seen. That little voice inside my head kept saying "OMG that man is in such an awful condition, someone should have gotten him a doctor", but the rest of me just laughed and laughed!

It wouldn't surprise me if some liquor had been consumed, but he was acting like he'd been mixing pills (or something) and booze.

Personally, I liked the version with audio better (not the one with the songs in the background, but the one where you can hear him calling out to Jesus while he's flailing around over by the beer cooler. He looked like a turtle on its back!)
