Late start today but think we have finally dried out from last night. Missed the hotels FREE breakfast due to us getting up late - oh well where shall we go????
Just so happens there is an IHOP across from Busch Gardens. This may sound daft but the food here seemed so much better than Orlando.
We decided to chill at Busch for a few hours and Gwazi was a walk on. We rode the Tiger side for the first time. Wow this ride is a bone shaker! DH hates this ride and said he wasnt doing it again but I flashed our Platinum Passes and away we were for a second time - HAHAHA!
Booked onto the beer school and got straight on the next one. Slightly different to the one at Seaworld but who cares - free beer!!
Walked round to the rapids - we love this ride not going on it but blasting water at the people on it. It costs 0.25c a blast and we always spend around $20!!!
It was another HOT day so we decided to cool down in the 3D Pirates Show.
After this we decided to head back to the hotel for a shower and change before Howl O Scream again!!!
Once back at the hotel, I surprised DH with the second part of his birthday present - tickets for a VIP Tour of HowlOScream!!
Arrived at 7:15 for our 7:30 tour. Our tour guide was Alex who we had met earlier at the beer school! The park was packed and glad I picked tonight for the tour.
Walked in all the houses and had reserved seats for the shows. DH had a problem with his glow stick (you get a glow stick so your tour guide can keep track of you) - his kept leaking however, as with all men, he kept messing with it!!!!! Later on I will prove this point further!!
Finished the tour around 11:30 and we were free to go and do the rides. The coasters are great in the dark!!
Left Busch around 1:00 and grabbed a taxi. DH continued to MESS with this glow stick in the taxi and as a result spilt all the glowing blue liquid all over himself and the back seat of the taxi. Tried not give it away to the driver that this had happened and quickly paid and ran to the room!
Tomorrow Check out Wingate, Back to Orlando, Seaworld & Blue Man Group.
