Drugstore eyeliner or concealer?

I've had good luck with the Sonja Kashuk line at Target.

My eye make up creases easily with regular eyeliner and powder shadows so I use waterproof/creaseproof/24 hour eyeliners. The two I have tried and like that are from a drugstore are:

- Loreal HIP Color Truth Cream eyeliner in eggplant
- Maybelline Eye Studio Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner in eggplant

Both of these are in a pot and you use a thin make up brush to apply them (both came with a brush but the Loreal brush kind of hurts so I use the Maybelline brush for both). I also got these cheap by using a combination Target/Manufacturer coupon. Target will allow one of their coupons and one manufacturer coupon per item. When you find these ones for make up, they are usually $2 or $3 for the manufacturer and Target has them anywhere from $1 to $3 so you can get these items for $4 or $5 out of pocket.

As for cover up, I only use it for red dots and spots and again, need something to stick so I typically use better brands that cost more. One brand I did find that works well and is cheap is Maybelline Cover Stick Waterproof concealer. It is not easy to find in a store though but if you can, you can use a coupon (or more if you find it at Target). It retails for $5 or less and almost always you can use a coupon online if you have to order it online.

I highly recommend Milani pencil eyeliner and their Eyetech liquid liner. The retractable eyeliner melts really easy and doesn't work very well, but I will swear by the pencil. Their liquid liner is a small container (rather than a long, pencil type) and it has the best applicator. I always pick up like 4 pencils at a time because I refuse to run out! :)

Milani Liquify eyeliner...love it. It goes on smooth is very black (if you get the black one) and it doesn't smudge off the water line. Long wearing as well.
