Driving from PA to WDW this weekend

You won't be able to get anywhere near the coastline.

You won't know the condition of your own home and how soon you will be able to return.

You will run into states with a "state of emergency" along the coastline, which means you will be turned away at the state line by National Guard.

You will run into places where there are severe power outages, which means restaurants will not be able to serve people and gas stations will not be able to pump gas.

While the storm seems to have subsided somewhat, it is still a big storm the likes none of us have ever seen on the east coast in our lifetime.

Your only bet is to travel far from the coastline and back towards Florida.

Good luck.

Not sure where in PA you are leaving from but your best bet is to head as far west as you can and then head down. If you have AAA, go get a trip Tix from them, they can help you sort out a route. Good Luck and report back on the trip went

Not sure where you live in pa, but we are from the NE part. Last year we were heading down to Fla. And there was only a tropical storm near myrtle beach, which is where we were going for a few days, we went down I 81 thru Va. And then across nc and sc. Hope it all works out for you.
