We have the deluxe dining plan for our trip this week. Is this correct -- iced teas, sodas, coffee or tea are included (one per person obviously) -- but anything alcholic is not included? Thank you!

Yes, it is correct that alcoholic beverages are not included.

The only exception is the three dinner shows (Hoop de Doo, Spirit of Aloha and Mickey's Backyard Barbecue) which include unlimited beer and wine, and Hoop de Doo has sangria. The beer is Bud Light, I'm not sure of the wine brand. They have other beer brands and cocktails available to order...but those would cost extra.

Mostly correct. Most non-alcoholic beverages at more DP restaurants are included. That often includes shakes and smoothies, but not always. It does not typically include anything served in a souveneir cup.
Non-Disney owned participating restaurants are a bit more strict -- they may limit the beverages to sodas, regular coffee, etc. They may exclude shakes, specialty coffees, etc. But Disney-owned restarants are usually more inclusive.

Thanks guys. I'm assuming shakes at Prime Time are not included. The PBJ shake is my daughter's favorite, but they're almost like a meal themselves. :)
