Drinking Around the Springs

Will be going to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We have one of the first flights into Disney on our first day. Hoping to do a Drinking Around the Springs around 12/1 ish. Who has the best Happy Hours? Any drinks or snacks we shouldn't miss? Thanks in advance

Definitely head over to Jock Lindsay's - great atmosphere for drinks and the snacks are great too! I believe their happy hours is 12-3pm.
I don't think they had a happy hour when we were there, but we also loved Enzo's Hideaway for drinks!
Lastly, Wine Bar George. The fried mac and cheese bites are a must-do.

Plenty of options. Base on what day it is, Jock Lindsay's (think they only have happy hours on weekdays), STK (weekdays), Frontera Cucina (drink specials of some kind on Mon-Tue-Wed) House of Blues (Mon-Thu), Jaleo Sangria Hour (4-6 daily), Terralina (4-6 daily). For drinks or food at the bar, not sure about happy hours, they don't have any advertised: Homecomin', Polite Pig, Splitsville, Raglan Road, the Edison, Enzo's Hideaway, Rainforest Lava Lounge, Wine Bar George, Morimoto Asia.

Not sure if Wine Bar George has happy hour but I'd go there.

If you have the discount sipper from Homecomin’ you can get a 22oz moonshine for $15 ..went to the outdoor bar and the young guy working made an Arnold Palmer lemonade equal for me. Kicked my butt …highly recommend stopping there near the end of the crawl.

On a side note, Wine by George may not offer happy hours but you can get small pours(1oz /3oz?) of HIGH END wines for a relatively fair price. I stopped in on a whim last week and had $100 to burn so I chose 4 wines I would never ordinarily get to try -total value would have been about $2000 by the bottle. After I ordered, I was totally shocked because George Miliotes served and discussed each wine with me -George is one of 250 Master Sommeliers in the World, so pretty rare breed.
