Definitely Satu'li Canteen and Backlot Express. They both have self-serve fountains for your initial drink and then refills.

Not Columbia Harbor House or PizzeRizzo.

Regal Eagle has a self serve soda machine, Backlot, Satuli does too, plus ABC Commissary, Connections Cafe. There’s none in MK. Can’t think of any other locations with them in the parks.

BOG did back when it was QS but I don't know of any in MK.

AK Restaurantasaurus always did but I haven't been recently.

Regal Eagle was a nice surprise last trip! And food wasn't bad either.

Sunshine Seasons .... you get your own drinks but the machines are before you check out. Some say they just walk back in and refill but I'm not sure the thought process there for Disney.
