Hi is there some type of cup that can be bought once and then carried around for a 3 day trip and refilled for a lower rate in both parks?

If so where do you get one?
cost first time
cost for refills
good everywhere
some way to hold all day long while riding

mugs sell for $6.99 and up.
any that you buy at universal will be considered refillable for life.

the refills last summer were $.79
right now the refills are $.89

refills are for soda, not juices or butterbeer.

they are valid for all places within the parks, with the exception of some carts

that is the issue if you take a refillable mug with you in the park.
on the hands free rides, you'll have to use the free lockers to store the mug.

You can only use them at the Studios and IOA...I'm pretty sure the buy 2 get 1 free is not being offered.

Can you buy a strap to carry them with? or do they come with one or what about a clip.

I have tried looking at the pictures but can't see the cup close enough to see if thats possible.

i know you can use the refillable mugs (not cups) at seaworld.
and use the seaworld mugs at universal.

for the other places you inquired about, wet and wild / bgt, i am not sure.

Yup, no restrictions on refillable mugs. Keep bringing them back!!!

Yes, you can use them. They are still red. Cost is 95 cents with tax. We had one that our neighbors gave us from a trip in February. It looked identical to the one that we used in Aug. '09. We brought both.

About the lockers, many folks don't care for them. We did see multiple folks not being able to find the locker or unable to reenter their lockers. We must have used the lockers 2 dozen times during our Spring Break trip and never had 1 single issue. For some reason, the worst line that we experienced for the lockers was at Men in Black. We had no trouble with the lines at FJ. Hope your trip is a great one.

You can buy it at most drink stands. It doesn't go with the meal plan.
