No dress code other than don't walk straight in from the pool. Victoria & Albert's is the only place I know of on-property that actually enforces the dress code.
In general the atmosphere, imho, at the swolphin tends to be more on the business casual side. Many more conventioneers are always there and they never dress down down it seems
For guys a collar is not out of place. Skip the colorful T-shirt’s for this one.
Bluezoo is the only place I have ever witnessed someone actually turned away for not having a collared shirt. As with most things Disney, it may be dependent on the CM.
Everyone’s idea of “park clothes” can vary but I’d for sure be uncomfortable in a tee and shorts in their dining room. They do have a lounge but even in there I think I’d feel out of place in a tee and shorts. The restaurant is phenomenal. Well worth any effort.
