Dress code for luau?

There was nothing listed in the information I have seen for dressing for the luau. We are not going to be at the park that day, just coming for the luau. How are most people dressed for this? Are shorts fine? Do many ladies wear dresses or is it very casual? We don't want to overdress. Any input would be appreciated

We went this past Sunday (June 13th). No dress code at all. Some were dressed nicely, some not so nicely. One guy wore a wifebeater T-shirt and swimtrunks!!!!

I wore a nice hawaiian shirt, and casual (what I call "beach") pants.

My lovely wife wore a tropical print sundress. It made it a bit more festive for us, but you could really wear whatever you want.

I actually wish it had been more of a dressy sort of thing, but what do you do??

I have no idea about the luau, but if you love chocolate labs, you are A+++. I have a black lab, 2 yr old F, Lean Mac Grandaughter. Father in law has a chocolate, brother has a yellow. So as a family we got them all covered!

Good luck at the luau. Bring some pork home for the lab!!!
