Sound like Dreams Unlimited is really great. I guess my question is how much do they charge. can I get the rates they get myself through looking around? Thanks guys

Dreams doesn't charge any additional fees. They can get almost any rate you can get. The only one they can't get is a AAA dining, premium, or platinum plan. Only AAA branch agencies can get those.

We've used Dreams for all of our Disney trips (WDW and DCL) since 2002, and couldn't be happier. Our agent, Merrie, has always searched for the best prices for us, helped us change things around, answered all of my questions, and always responds quickly.

I filled out the online form for SW to quote a cruise price. What a joke! I hope it was just a fluke, but they emailed me back "Hello, Elaine!"...um, name is Lynne! then "we see your son's bday is x/x/1995, this will make him 16 at the time of the cruise, correct?" ..no....11! Scary!


I did the same with DU....what a difference! They were great!

Dreams Unlimited is wonderful. My agent Debbie Lasher is like a dear friend. And she looks out for us, she nailed that Visa code for our December trip and saved me over $300 in the process. She answers emails incredibly quick, made all my December ADR's no problem. And she booked the cruise we are going on tomorrow and was invaluable for that. I have used Small World as well, they always did a good job, got everything done but my agent was very slow returning emails. I just didn't feel the "love" from here that I do Debbie.

Another fan of Dreams !! We used them for our first trip and the last trip !! We always use Beth C - she is the best. Always right on top of any new codes and very prompt to answer any emails or changes I have !!!

Can DU book a Grand Gathering as well? We are working the details out on one and would love to give them a chance to book it.

I used AAA last year (actually CAA), and we had a grand time. No issues. Tooke care of everything. Only thing was , as a Canadian, I did not know about South West. I probably overpaid for my air.

This year, we switched to SW (5 families, of only which 2 were CAA members), and the service has been good as well. Anne has provided great service espeically balancing the ADR's, some together, most not. She evn got me a discount on a room when the rates dropped. all the way.
