What sort of confirmation does DU provide? I am hoping to transfer my exisiting ressies to them (since I'm worried I won't be able to secure some ADRs) and wondering after you book with them, what sort of confirmation would I get?

Also: is there any way by phone that you can in fact reach them? My situation: I will be in Florida on holiday for two weeks (Dec 17-31) PRIOR to going to WDW (Dec 31-Jan 7) and won't have access to a computer. What if I want to make last minute changes etc. without access to e-mail? Or what if a discount or free dining becomes available last minute. Can I make prior arrangements with DU to change my ressie?

Yes - you will get confirmation emailed to you, after you transfer your reservation to Dreams! And, you will also get the phone number to their main office, in case of emergency or you need to get ahold of them!

I have dealt with two great agents at DU, Sue Ellen (moderator on this board) and Dagny. Both are awesome, take care of all my needs and answer all questions quickly. Sue Ellen has given me wonderful advice about booking rooms that has saved us tons of $$. They are great!
