Is there a person I should cc if I want to find a price for an upgrade on my Dreams cruise? I don’t wanna let a sale get away.

That's what a TA would do for you. Otherwise, it's up to you to keep an eye on things. Be aware, often special pricing is only available on new bookings.

I wrote my agent at Dreams a email on Wednesday about canceling a different cruise for May and putting it on Jan 2022. I would like to see about an upgrade for the room.

If you have an agent already, they would be your point of contact. Are you saying you wrote Wednesday and they didn't reply? Did you check your junk folder? While 3 days reply time is unusual for DU, with the holiday being in there, that may have put your agent behind some. Since it's been a few days I would try again in case there was a technical issue, a missed email, she thought she replied, etc.... Rare as these things are , they can happen (been there ;) ).

That’s what I thought, but wish she would write me back. I left a message I wanted to change people in rooms because of medical reasoning. I wish understood how manage a RC cruise by myself, I do just fine with Disney. They are so freaking helpful. I don’t want to lose out on the black Friday sales that are only going for another 5 hrs. I pretty much expect them to be on cyber Monday but all the same, maybe not. Is there somebody I can talk to to get the names switch to and find out how to make these purchases right now I can only make purchases for three people and I need to make for five.
