Anyone ever get this message while trying to book through Dreams Unlimited.....

I have never gotten this and it seems odd. If you have had this does it last long? I can book elsewhere, its what I did on our last few DCL cruises, but I thought I would give them a try again. We left DCL a few years ago but was looking at a short cruise so we could pick up some place holders for 2021.
