Grr, to All Star Sports! After Howard and my last trip in August, which was entirely spontaneous, we vowed never to stay at Sports again too. It took FOREVER to get our case of water delivered to our room. They kept saying it never showed up and there was no delivery even though I had gotten the delivery confirmation from Staples. One person would say they got it, and then we'd get transferred to someone else who said it wasn't. Howard even went to the front desk to speak to people in person. It was late at night, and I really needed the water to take my medicine the next morning too and didn't want to deal with it in the morning because they were saying it couldn't be delivered. It was so frustrating because if the original person had contacted bell services right away, we wouldn't be up HOPING that we'd get our water. It was also rather irritating that they didn't even offer us ONE water bottle from the food court just to sustain us until it was sorted out. We are never people to demand or expect anything, but that was one instance where I just couldn't help but feel that it wouldn't hurt Disney as a business for them to spare one bottle for me to take my pills (I've actually gotten stomach issues from Florida tap before, so I avoid it if possible).
Finally when Howard someone got to speak to someone higher up (not directly at Sports, I believe), our water was MAGICALLY found and would MAGICALLY be delivered within 10 minutes. We could not believe the back and forth we were getting as we talked to everyone possible who just didn't seem to care! Any other time we stayed at Pop, things were just delivered to our room without having to track it down like this. It definitely left a bitter taste in our mouth.
