A waste of money.

In all seriousness, it is an exfoliant: it's basically a kind of grainy shower gel you rub it over your skin and it removes excess skin. It makes your skin feel softer.

LOL, I use a scrub at home. I couldn't believe there would be an extra charge for something so simple, so I assumed it had to be something else!
