Dream - Palo - Surf & Turf?

My wife and I are still considering whether or not to do a Palo dinner (Remy dinner will be too long for us). Do they treat meals the same as I've read the MDRs do - meaning, can I order the beef dinner option, and ask them to add some scallops to the plate for a surf & turf option? Or is it a strict menu?

They will bring you the beef dinner you like as well as some scallops on the side if they are on the menu as well. Enjoy.
