Dream a Little Dream: May 8-12, 2011

Ok so today I am busting...and since I can not scream it at home you guys have to be my Sounding Board.....WE ARE GOING TO DISNEY!!!!

Ok I had to yell it...I am counting the days to christmas...I am as bad as a little kid. I can not wait this year and the days seem to be going by so slow. I would love to put up the tree and listen to holiday music and bake cookies. But I can't so I am just busting. I have the kids cleaning house to make room for the tree and all the other holiday stuff.

I guess my will power will be tested the next couple of weeks. Maybe I should ask to work more hours to say busy. By the way I have not finished my shopping so I am in no way ready for it but still I am busting.

Is that not a great feeling..we are under 6 months and I can hardly wait...just to let you all know that traget as Disney 2011 planners for 1.00 in the dollar spot. I picked up a couple of them today. One for mom and two for the kids...they have several to pick from.

Thank you so much for posting that link....I loved looking at the pics of the ship...for a min I had to double take. The room number they show is right by our room. I can not wait to board the ship. But even more than that I can not wait to tell the boys so I can talk about it in my house with family. Ok and one more my kids have not had a real xmas in 3 years due to being out of work.This is us also taking our lives back and giving it back to the kids too. So this is our first vaction in 4 years by the time we go. So I have just over a month to wait and I can not wait to see the kids faces light up.

Thanks again for the link I am going to have to remember this one to show the boys when they find out.

All I can say is "Wow" as a reaction to the pics!

You can put in the date of our cruise at the DCL website and see what's available. Right now, its showing only verandah staterooms available, all inside and ocean view staterooms are sold out.

I did a quick search on the disboards and it appears that most people receive their actual stateroom number 30 to 45 days prior to the cruise (If their stateroom is guaranteed). It appears that some people are often upgraded to a different stateroom category depending on how many last minute cancellations occur. Maybe you'll be lucky!

Yes a free upgrade would be wonderful....But not knowing my room number would just drive me nuts. I am having a hard time just waiting for xmas to tell the kids. That might put me over the edge. Yes our ship is very nearly sold out. You can tell by the website sometimes too you can call and see if there is still rooms avail or how many. They also tell you how full the ship is. I would plan on it being sold out or full when we sail

well I saw on another post that the dream can be seen in Eemshaven (the Netherlands). It is making it's way to us....

Just wanted to share with you all that Target has a bunch of Disney stuff in the dollar spot. Where everything is 1.00 or 2.50. But most of the Disney stuff is 1.00. they have kids stuff markers, nail polish, puch on nails, coloring books, and 2011 planners. There is lots of different stuff even socks. So if you stop by one take a look.
