Dreaded DVC "We are Working on It" message

How many times do you book a reservation then the website hangs and then the dreaded "We are Working in It" message pops up with the 7 dwarfs image, then you get no confirmation number and no email, but when you check My Dashboard, the reservation is listed there.

This happened to me just now!
It's happened before, too. The email, I think, will come later?
 

This happened to me too today! I actually did a fake modification (same dates) to the reservation to make sure that the computer recognized it as real. It happened again with the modification - 7 Dwarfs page. I never got the email confirmations either.
 
This happened to me too! It better be real because I cancelled another reservation when this happened today. I'll be really mad if I cancelled the other and this one is not real.
 
Happened to me this morning but reservation went through thankfully. Still didn’t get my email confirmation yet as I usually do instantly. After logging back on, it’s showing on dashboard.
 
I’ve been having the exact same issue all week. However, today when I modified a reservation I noticed that my hubby’s information had the box checked that said that his address was different from mine (and all of the address information underneath that was exactly the same as mine). I’d been unchecking that box as this same issue showed up all week. When I left it alone today, for the first time in over a week, I reached the confirmation page and received the confirmation email. Perhaps this will help someone else having this issue!
 
I got that issue for months. It finally resolved itself early this year. I don't know what caused it and I never called for IT help. No matter which device or which browser I used, the result was the same. Even incognito didn't help.
 
I had this happen earlier this week, I called in and MS said it was because my contact was resale and I was borrowing points. She said they had to do something on their end? I’m not sure if that has anything to do with the issue or not but it seems possible.
 
We had the exact same thing this weekend. At the very last hurdle in modifying a reservation those dreaded dwarves rocked up. The reservation is in my dashboard, but no email was received. 🧐
 
I had the same thing yesterday with a modification that only used directly purchased banked and borrowed points. No email, but it's in the dashboard so I don't care about the email (still get the log-in email every time though).

Interestingly, I got the dreaded contract lock icon on another modification with a resale contract that would have borrowed points (but less than 50%). Logged out and logged back in and the lock icon was replaced with the check (good to go) symbol.

I try to avoid borrowing points so I don't really have a boat in the race, but I think the known issue with borrowing resale points should be fixed rather than being allowed to linger (although DVCMC has not called or emailed me asking for my opinion about it, lol)
 
Such a joke today. I get all the way to confirm my reservations. And here come the 7 Dwarves "We're working on it" Hopefully it went through.
 
I got the dwarves today when I went to cancel my VGC reservation. I tried multiple times to cancel to no avail and got the dwarves every time. Finally the chat option popped up and the agent said there’s a glitch with Grand California canceling if you don’t have your email on the reservation. He added the email on his end and I was quickly able to cancel. So bizarre
 
I've been on hold for an hour. My borrowed points showed up. I made a reservation and it never showed up on dashboard. My points disappeared. I logged back on and still no reservation confirmation and now it's showing as all my points in 2021. They really need to fix this. It's not like an occasional issue. Its consistently going down.
 
Happened to me a few days ago while modifying a reservation. I jumped up and ran and checked it on my husband's computer. It was there. Way to make my heart race, Disney!
