Drama, Please End...Fun, Please Begin...A Sept TR Updated 10/31

We have to agree with alot of the comments of the rudeness this year. We had a bad experience with housekeeping and was hoping that was the rough spot, but the adults with children and the not controlling of them was the worse. We didn't hardly get in line for any of the attractions without the pushing or being stepped on by someone. In the food court kids were standing over us while we were eating looking like they wanted us to share. We all can pray and hope for better manners next year.
Mary

We've been thinking about changing our vacation time to February and then going for a weekend around our anniversary in September, but I don't want to miss MNSSHP. :wizard:

WCC was fun, although a bit loud at times. ;)

I really enjoyed our interaction with Tiana and Naveen. :goodvibes

:welcome: Glad to have you here!

:welcome: Glad to have you here! What was up this year for September trips? I've been reading a few TR's lately that also had drama. :confused3

Yep, craptastic seems to describe perfectly some of our adventures this year. :lmao:

Thanks Liesa.

I still don't know exactly what was on fire but as soon as I heard, I thought to myself....."figures"....the way things were going, nothing surprised me.

Thanks. Chip is the one with the dark nose. The only way I can tell them apart is to think about Chip having the "chocolate chip" nose. ;)

I too love everything about Philharmagic. The only thing I'd change is to make it longer. :lmao:

I have been trying to move along on my TR since I really only have the weekend to get to it and I'm anxious to start my PTR for next year too. :goodvibes

Have you been to MNSSHP yet? It's a lot of fun. I like it better than the Pirate and Princess Party that they use to have. Never been to MVMCP though. Would love to do that once too.

I'm enjoying your TR. :goodvibes

Stay tuned for thoughts on Kouzzina. ;)

No we haven't. However, we are going to be there on Oct. 29th, and now we're getting there earlier, so I'm strongly considering it. It seems like fun! We never made it to the Pirate and Princess Party either :sad2: And the day we arrive is the last MVMCP date, so I don't think we'll make it. I would love to catch them all!

Glad you're enjoying my TR - the feeling is reciprocated :cutie:

Hi everyone,

Yesterday, we lost one of our fur babies. Gus. :sad2::sad1::sad2::sad1::sad2:

Joe and I are super sad right now as we tried so hard to save him. He came to us 6 months ago and we took him to the vet and learned he had kidney problems. We got him through back then and were hoping for the same yesterday, but he didn't make it.

Rest in peace, Gussy Goober-Smoocher. We love you.

Sophia and Joe,
Chuck went into surgery about 7:30, they told me 5-7 hours, longer than the doc said

We are sad for your loss, we know how
much pets are family to us. We put down one of ours
on June and it still hurts to talk about her.
RIP: ROXIE, GUSSY GOOBERSMOOCHER

Remind me to sent you a copy of the rainbow bridge. Send me your email address and i will send it to you.

So sorry! We lost our 13 year old basset (had her since she was 2.5 months) in June and I still think about her every day. It's just a very hard thing to go through.:hug:

Thanks Queen (and Jasmine ;))

Thanks everyone. It's such a hard time for me right now. I am going to try and get back to my TR this weekend. Right now though I'm just not in the mood to write. :sad2:

I'm here too! Took me long enough... I'm working on getting caught up! Will read more later when I'm back at the room!

Yay for a TR! :cheer2:

K, before I get further in my reading:

Hei-ho Joe is HILARIOUS! I LOLd when I read that.

Sorry you felt sick after dinner :(

And that buffalo bush is the cutest dang bush I've ever seen! I want one! :cutie:

Sophia, The Rainbow Bridge made me cry the first time that I read it, but when you think about it, it will be nice for our pets to finish the journey with us.

Mary, how is Chuck doing? I know he was having surgery (seems to be the year of it for our hubbies).

KatMark, Thanks for asking about Chuck. Surgery went well yesterday. He was up most of the day and did take some sort walks around the room. I will keep you posted. I do plan on starting a trip report after we get all health issues taken care of.

Good to know about Chuck.. Be sure to post a link here on Sophia's TR (or mine--which is linked in my signature) so I can join your report.
