I have noticed how a lot of the downtown disney hotels say you can sleep five . Is their a different room from the standard that you have to book in order for this to happen ? We have a family of five , and the rates seemed to be kind of good , any suggestions for which one ? I am looking at Best Western , Courtyard , Grosvenor and the Hotel Royal Plaza .

I can't speak for the ones you mentioned, just Wyndham. The room we had was a "standard" and had two queen beds and a requested crib. Do you have a small child going? If not, you can get a rollaway (for a fee) and perhaps that is what is meant by sleeping five.

Next trip: this year sometime LOL

We stayed at the Courtyard in DD. It is a nice, reasonalby priced hotel. The staff is very helpful, pool adequate, breakfast bar good. We stayed there on points, but the prices are reasonable. I think they occasionally offer specials, but you have to ask for them. Check out their web site. The bus transportation to and from the parks is outstanding. The courtyard was the first stop so we always had our seat of choice. We were about the third stop coming back, which was nice because the bus was almost empty so unloading was easy. The hotel also offers enight tickets and I have heard is even offering early entry now.
