This may be a stupid question, but is it free to go to Downtown Disney or do you need park passes? Thanks!

Downtown Disney is an outdoor mall. Anyone can go at any time (well, as long as it's open).

Pleasure Island is one of the three "zones" at Downtown Disney. While it's free to walk through PI, you must pay to enter any of the nightclubs.

We are going in June. Does anyone know how late the stores are open? It's a company paid for trip & everyone must have supper together so I was hoping to go one night after supper for a few hours.
