Downtown Disney parking recently?

We have an ADR booked in September and usually drive because the buses going back to the resort are usually a nightmare. But all this talk about parking has me second guessing. We are going to HOB so would be parking on the west side. Can you still find parking there?

Parking at DTD is a mess right now due to construction of parking garages and a new boardwalk. We were there at dinnertime Tuesday and it was close to road rage levels. Monday (9th) we went for lunch and it wasn't quite as bad, but still a challenge. I saw signs for valet parking, but I didn't look into it since we were just swinging by for a quick meal both times. Construction should be done by the end of next year.
