No. No buses from DTD go to the parks, only to resorts.

Your best options when going from Downtown Disney to the parks is walking over to Sartoga Springs and getting the buses from there, or taking a bus to a resort close to the park you want to visit and from there going to that specific park.

But beware -- morning service from DTD to distant resorts, including the MK monorail resorts, is spotty. Bus Operations recommends taking a bus to a resort close by DTD, such as OKW, and catching the park bus there. After 11 a.m., regular service should be running to all resorts.
