Dover to Gatwick

We're super excited about the upcoming British Isles cruise and have had most everything planned out. However I have been putting off arranging transport after the cruise to Gatwick Airport. It looks like Disney transport it the easiest. Does anyone know that price? Has anyone booked it recently? I wasn't sure if it can be booked full or is always available. Other options anyone recommends? There will be 3 adults.

The DCL shuttle is certainly the easiest and cheapest for three people, if you exclude taking the train. It was 75 $ each way per guest last year. I’ve never read that the shuttles ran out of place and would be surprised as it is an easily scalable service.

Have you considered an advance booking for a taxi? Dover White Cliffs Taxi had reasonable rates for the Heathrow to Dover transport, less than the DCL rate for two. Did not price the Gatwick trip, but worth the web search. Doverwhitecliffstaxi.com is the web site.

It's $75 per person each way. I'm also on that cruise and booked Dover to Heathrow, and that was the price. I looked into a few other options, like car service, but it was just easier going with Disney and not much more expensive for just the 2 of us. For 3 people, I would strongly consider a car service instead, as I think it will wind up cheaper for you.

We have booked a tour van to pick up our party of 7, take us to Dover Castle, on to Canterbury and then on to Heathrow. It is about 60 pounds per person for a day of sightseeing.(Our flights do not leave until Monday.)

We used TwelveTransfers from Dover to Southend. Looks like you could get to Gatwick for about 140 pounds with them.
