As for the party, I've only done the Pirates and Princess one and to me it was totally worth it.

We got in at 4pm and were there until after 10pm, would have been later but it rained and DS was at the tail end of a cold.

Anyway there were NO line ups (could have been the rain too) but the fireworks, decorations, and parade were well worth it. During the day we just took it easy and hung out at the pool and so it was seeing the MK at a reduced rate for us.

We've got tickets for the Christmas Party on the 16th. We plan on doing the pool thing, weather permitting, and maybe DTD during the day, and then heading to the party after that.

We still have to buy our tickets but we are planning on going. We'll probably hit AK or HS that morning and then go to MK that night. It would be nice to hang around the resort as well. We'll see. My boys are so young that I'm not sure we can stay out late late. Especially since they wake up so early. It is fun to stay in the parks late though. We'll see. I think this trip is going to be tiring and require a good bit of flexibility! Disney is always tiring due to the walking, but it's so much fun!

This year we get to do the Halloween party. I am trying to convinve DH we should go back in january so we can do P&PP.
The whole feeling was just great.

Gosh, you guys are really trying to convince me to go, aren't you? I'm going to look at our "touring plans" (I really just had decided on which park to do which days) and see if we can fit it in. Dh is going to kill me for adding another $200 to the cost of our trip ... but I'll just tell him that I saved that much on this stroller swap, so it all evens out in the end. Right?

We are going to MNSSHP on 10/21 my DD4 is also going as Tink and DS 3 is going as Capt Hook . They said I could be Wendy and DH can Be Peter Pan(He is not to excited ) . They are very excited about the whole famiy dressing up,the kids don,t even know where we are going.I am sure my DH will boycott Peter Pan and go as a Pirate. I have friends who have gone to the party and said it was worth the price. You will have a great time no matter what you decide.

When we did the P&PP DS went as Peter Pan and he was a HUGE hit every where he went. There were lots of princesses (me ) and pirates (my mom ) but we didn't see any other Peter Pans

A CM made him an honourary Lost Boy and gave him a certificate and all.

I'll see if I can post some photos. It was sooo much fun, I can only imagine that Halloween would be better. (I wanted to go in Oct but Nov worked into our schedule much better)

Mayjay - I see you went to SeaWorld too. I'm jealous! We were planning on that this trip since we were staying off site anyway. However, we got a deal on our tickets and got 6 days for the price of 4. So now we're thinking why pay the extra. I'm trying to justify that by saying well if we wait another few years then both boys can enjoy it vs. just the oldest enjoying it now and the youngest won't remember. But I really want to go!!!

I loved Sea World. Seriously loved it. So much so that we're going back again this time and taking advantage of the 2nd day free. (at least that's the plan now)

There was so much we didn't see the first time around. We didn't rent a stroller that day (DS didn't want to) and I ended up carrying him on my shoulders. He was also getting over being sick and was just really tired and not himself. So we didn't push anything.

The only think I didn't like was Believe, the Shamu show. We have a marine park about 7 hours from here and we did it during the summer. It was a much better/more intimate show and we liked it a lot more than Believe, which was just a waste of our time IMHO.
