Did ya'll see the bruhaha in that thread about swaps (mainly fridge swaps)? I sure hope we don't have any problems with our gaps and storage. We only have one big gap to fill right?

I didn't see it but I think someone else did. I think we have two 5 day gaps. I know one is before me and if need be I can get it off site to store. The other one I think we can do the same thing on if need be. I'm just waiting to see if we can get any more takers for those dates!!!

I am super nervous about this weather. What do you guys think? Is my trip going to be a wash? I mean we have a ton of great ADRs so literally if all we do is eat I will still consider it a successful time

I doubt it will be a complete wash. Hopefully, you'll have nothing more than the normal afternoon showers. But I'll keep my fingers crossed for you anyway!

Seriously I just got in on a last minute photo pass ... seriously. Could it get any better?!?

Now I just need some dry weather and I will be in business.

On the flip side - it may be a wash but I will have photos, a stroller and TONS of food (DxDDP) not all bad!

I came across one started tonight for Nov and I'm hesitant. When we went in Feb. DS refused to have his photo taken. I'm not sure what he'll be like this time. DD, OTOH, will pose for whichever camera she sees, ours or not.

Nope, but I just committed to one. I'm willing to lose $25 dollars if it doesn't work out. I didn't want to do the $99 one though..that was a bit too steep.

Last time we went, we only got 1 photo on our photopass card because DS seriously refused to get his photo taken or meet the characters. Not sure what he'll be like this time, but I'm positive DD will be a star.

I did take over 500 photos last time, so I'm sure I'll do that again this time. I'm a bit of a photo nut and my last trip is almost scrapbooked.

DH and I were just discussing the legalities of this. I know nobody is doing it to make money but I also know that Disney can't be appreciative of the swapping. I also am not exactly sure how it works in terms of can everyone who is part of the swap then see your photos? That freaks me out a little! My mom is going with us so if we do it we may just split with her. It's still pricey though. Julie - you are at least close by, we might could do our own share.

Also, someone said that if you give your camera to the photographer they will take a photo for you. That would be the way to go (for us) if they will do it.

Congrats on having them all in! My Disney album was my hardest to crop. I thought it would be fun but by the end of it I was just counting my blessings that I was done! It took me about 2 years before I did it. Of course I was about 3 years behind in total. I was completely caught up but now I'm 9 months behind again. I have to get to work!!!

Wow! I admire both of you scrapbookers. I started to do this before ds was born - when I began I was 3 years behind. My goal was to just get some basic books for dd. Well, I never even finished that ... so if I ever want to go back and do it - I'm at least 5 years behind. Agh! I think my kids will be lucky to get basic photo albums - they may end up with DVDs of their childhood.

Well, I never even finished that ... so if I ever want to go back and do it - I'm at least 5 years behind. Agh! I think my kids will be lucky to get basic photo albums - they may end up with DVDs of their childhood.

My kids albums are sooooo far behind, it's not funny. I just set a priority on Florida and I'm about halfway through my last day (and then the flight home)

Poor DD, she's barely got anything in her albums. I've got to stop doing things to get so many photos and need to start cropping some more.

I don't do anything fancy, especially when trying to finish something, I call it "quick and dirty scrapbooking". But it's getting done.

I found it really stressful and I won't do one again unless I'm the organizer. I dont' care about others seeing my pics (and every person has a full copy of everyone else's pics), it's not like we're naked or something! LOL
But I worried a lot about actually getting my pics from the organizer. They didn't have great communication skills.

We found that when we bought our own this spring that we got a lot of mileage out of it as we stopped everywhere there was a photopass person and asked for all the special things they can add to the photos. We did a ton with our own camera too but it was nice to get so many family photos. With the spring one we also got 2 trips onto it since DH went back less than a week later and he put all his photos onto it as well.

I have to check my paypal account to re-add what I have recouped so far, again, my computer is not letting me check too much this week. Talk about a nightmare! My brother works for microsoft, so I have to get it out to him to fix it. I am so glad I have somone who can fix it without bankrupting me!

It is raining here (in PA) today, but I am enjoying it.

I talked to my mom and we're really thinking of sharing the photopass cost. I remember we ordered individual pics last time and it seemed pricey. I'm looking for that cost now but can't find it.

We said if we do it we are going to get photos everywhere we go and use it like it's going out of style!
