Absolutely loving your report Drea - and great photos! While reading it I am sort of reliving all of our experiences ...... but I should stop reading trip reports and get on with writing my own! (actually the only thing keeping my depression at bay is a combination therapy of continuously looking at my photos, reading other people's trip reports and harrassing travel agents by getting multiple quotes for the 2010 Western Transatlantic!)

9-28 Sunday Castaway Cay
I went a lil overboard with making magnets and so everyday we had a new one along with a hat to go on mickeys ears that went along with our room number. Unfortunatly I didnt take a pic each day, so Ill just post the daily magnets
I Woke up at 7am (which ended up being the trend for me, Im not a late sleeper at all.. always feel like I'm missing something) as I was putting my flops on and grabbing my lanyard, P woke up and asked where I was going. COFFEE I NEED COFFEE. So he deceided to go with me and get some hot cocoo. We grab our hoodies and once we get outside realize.. we dont need them, the Caribbean is much nicer in the am then the Mexican Rivera (COLD)
We get to the drink station and I get myself some coffee, and P makes himself some hot cocoa of cwich he burned himself on. I totally saw it coming too. He had the camera around his wrist and it was on the counter as he was stiring the cocoa, he was moving to get a lid for it and when he grabbed the cup and picked it up the camera sort of weighed his hand down and shook his arm and it ended up splashing on him. He then drops the cocoa on the ground. Trys not to cry but I see it coming and I know it was hot. A lady next to him saw it. All I could think of was to hold his hand and him, but she grabbed a napkin and got him some ice and put it on his hand (THANK YOU LADY AT THE BEVERAGE STATION!) She asked if he was ok, and he said ya, but I dont want ANY hot chocolate LOL. Also SORRY to the guy manning the beverage station that had to clean up his mess.
We deceided to walk around the ship and take pics.

It was so peacefull there were only a handfull of people out. It was sprinkling out a tad harder then a mist and wouldnt you know it I slipped and did the total splits (which I can not do so figure my pain!!!) We had just walked out from the deck 10 elevators, P opens the door for me and as I take 2 steps I slip infront some some dad and his daughter. P is laughing, the guy is too, all he says is NICE save since I had my coffee and camera in my hands. Thanks buddy dont ask how I am or anything Im fine LOL. Told P I think I need to head back to the room as my pj bottoms are soaked from the puddles on the deck. *FYI dont wear flops on a wet deck*
We get back to the room and sleeping beauty and her twin sister are still asleep (E and J) so we change and figure will go get some chow. I asked J if he wanted to join us and he said no thats ok I'll sleep more LOL. So off P and I go to Topsiders. We grab some eggs and bacon, a donut (for P) more coffee (for me) and milk and make our way outside to watch us dock. P loved this, me too but my enjoyment was from the "OUR time" just him and I. After we eat we see we have docked and they have let people off.. So we run back down to our room and tell E and J to get up.. were HERE. E didnt believe us, told him dude its 830 already. He did say that he got a call when we were gone from some extra happy squeaky voiced mouse saying to get up lots to do today. But he hung up on him cuz he was too chipper LOL Since I had the wake up call set for 8am, E didnt believe it was that early since it was so dark in our room. (Really hard to also since we have an inside room so no way to see sunlight.. NEXT TIME we get at least a window. E said the same thing sweet!)
We all change into our suits and off we go .. 1st we have to go back to topsiders for J and E to eat. They grab a lil something and I get more coffee. (I at this time have had oh about 5 cups, but this last one was the best, I filled my cup up with Kalua before we got back up to topsiders so I had a nice lil treat). We then go to our room and grab our snorkles and masks, floats, frisbie and beach bag with sunscreen and out "water bottle" Since we were on deck 1 it took a second to get off. We grab some towels and head to Castaway Cay.

1st stop, the post office. I had wrote out post cards to mail to my mom, E's mom and 1 back to us. We find that Donald and Daisey are at the post office so we get the boys in line to take a pic with them. We chat with fellow DIS member Kimberly while we are waiting.
P was not happy about this he just wanted to get in the water.
After picture time we take the tram and find a spot to call home on the family beach towards the left of the kids play area. I was somewhat upset because the hamocks were all taken but we were fine without one. P and I head back towards the post office/ship area for our parasailing meet time.
We check in, then meet our crew and fellow Pairasailers. They ask who wants to go 1st and I raise my hand thinking we better incase P see's it and decieds he doesnt want to do it. He then tells me NO I want to go last mom... Thats when I say ok and know by the time it comes to us, he will chicken out. We had 3 tandums go up and 1 guy on his own, then it was our turn. P tells the guys, I DONT WANT TO GET DUNKED OR WET AT ALL. He made this LOUD and CLEAR. The whole time they are clicking us in he keeps telling them dont get us wet, I dont want to go in the water. They tell him ok you got it! Thumbs up and everything.

As they are reeling us back in I realize they are going to dunk us. So I tell P dont get scared but there going to get us wet. Well he picks his feet up and doesnt get 1 ounce of water on him, I on the other hand am wet from the knees down.
But it was all good, he loved it..asked if we could do it again on Friday.. I told him if it was free heck ya buddy.. but its not so sorry.. thats your one time on my dime!
After parasailing, we head back to the beach and find our crew. Who have been like water babies. E and Mike went snorkeling.

The boys played in the water. Then Tonyas crew went for the sting ray adventure. E and I then went snorkeling leaving P an J alone to swim.. we told them no farther then your knees. And they listened, surprize surprize.
We found the Minnie statue under the water
I went back to check on the boys as I was nervous leaving them alone. EVENTUALLY E came back in from his memaid moments (after I cursed him out under my breath and kept waving like a mad women to him). Once we were all together we showered off and headed for Cookies to eat.

Food was amazing, I got ribs and a Mahi Mahi samich.. YUMMY. I had planned on getting another one but then saw ICE CREAM. So the boys and I got cookie dough ice cream and we headed back to our sand spot.
By now Tonya and her family were back from the sting rays and eatting. So we grabbed a few cokes and filled it with some rum (we brought it off the ship in our water bottles LOL).
Took our chairs out to the waterline and relaxed with drinks in hand.
Watched the boys make sand castles.

Mike and E went snorkeling again. (I really think E thought he was one with the fish by now) Eventually we heard this god awful sound the ships horn sounded to signal us to get back on the boat.

I have to say Im so glad we are coming back here again. It is such a beauty of a beach. We walked back to the boat all bummed that it was a short time. We realize next time we come back will be a longer day... yet it will be the end of our cruise... bitter sweet. We take a few pics along the way and swipe our card and head back to our room.

Great parasailing pics!
Funny side story here... I took my old kodak digi in case anything happend ... get on the boat and realize i forgot to change the batterys so there dead. GREAT. Luckly, the people that went 1st gave us their batteries and took the pics for us. Which I thought was sweet! Pixi dusted just when I needed it

Once in our room we shower, change and P orders room service. Hamburger, and the cheese plate all to share. E runs up to the drink station. While were waiting for room service, we get the boys to do some of their homework for about an hour, after that they are itching to go to the clubs. E also had a date.... with Mike to go to Diversion and watch his Cowboys lose lol.

P heads to his club to see a magician and E drops J off at his club (we have allowed P to check in and out of the club as long he pages us letting us know of his where abouts and I have to say he showed us that he can be trusted with that!) I finish with getting ready and call up Tonya, and she asks if I want to play bingo.. SURE.
I head up to deck 2 and meet her in her room check out her porthole and again state to myself NEXT TIME we get a room with a view! We roll out and head to Rocken D bar. As we are waiting in line to buy bingo cards I run up to the drink station to get some oj for us to "water" down. (They really need to put in a drink station on both ends of the ship LOL) I come back down just in time to buy our cards. We find a spot at the bar and the fun begins. Right away we are WINNERS... seriously.... but then again so was everyone else. They pass out a bunch of stuff the boys ended up liking like paper binoculars, stickers notepads etc. We had a great time but really we didnt win one game, one of us was 1 number away on each game and NADA. OH well.. NEXT TIME
Around 6 oclock we deceide to head to the clubs and see if the boys want to join us at tonights show. Freddy Fusion & John Charles (I THINK LOL thats what the Navigator says at least) So we find the lil ones at topsiders eatting. Braden is with the boys chatting away, and J well he's at an all girls table knee deep in what else, corndogs and french frys (that boy can eat!). They both want to see the show so I check them out and we grab some drinks at the drink station and hurry back to the Walt Theater where Tonya is holding our seats
ya ya ya I know no holding seats.. but it was pretty empty
Mother son outing
The bigger boys were transitioning to go up on the sports deck, so I didnt know if they were there or if they were in their club.. so I just got the lil ones. Show was very cute, boys loved it. I got some mother-son time in with J so it equaled out with P getting solo time this morning and the plus was no one got burnt, and no one fell lol.

After the show it was dinner time. Tonya and I went and got the bigger boys from their club. E and Mike met us in line for dinner, tonight Animator's Palate with the show.

Since our servers Gigi and Igor were on point again, the boys finish in record time before us. P and Jaren wanted to go back to their club. I wanted them to stay to see the show in Animators but knew they could care less. So we let them go, and told them to page us when they got there. A few seconds later we got the page, the boy are in the club. Now we kept the lil boys with us because well we didnt want to miss dinner or the show since 1 of us has to check them in. Plus they are still lil enough to enjoy it and did.

I had butternutt squash soup (I think) & for an appitizer I had the spinich jalapeno dip.. it was yummy!

Being that I have read the DIS trip reports pre cruise I knew what NOTHING meant. So when Gigi asked E what he wanted for dessert and he said nothing I laughed.

As soon as dinner was over we took them to their club as promised. (man its like we need to bribe them to stay with us and its only day 1... but really were not minding at all, enjoying the fact that the love their clubs and gives the adults some much needed US time!)
We check the lil boys back into their club before heading to Rocken D to see the adult version of the show T ,the boys, and I saw. So since we had time we took some pics in the Atrium. While the guys went to get more drinks at the drink station for us to "water" down.
I saw Cinderella and HAD to take a pic with her as she's my idol... err um my favorite I mean LOL.

Freddy Fusion's show was funny, people in the crowd heckaling made me laugh harder. At the end of the show they handed out glow necklaces and T and I both got one. I told her I bet you this means we have to do something. SURE ENOUGH. It meant we had to get up to start the Rock Star show and dance like Tina Turner. Now it could have been I had too much "water" in my sodas. Or that I'm a former cheerleader and I love to dance, but I was totally into being Proud Mary LOL.

Once back in the room, J deceides he's hungry, so he calls room service and gets a hot dog, P gets a hamburger and there was something else but looks like it was already ate by the time the picture was taken LOL
Taking full advantage of free room service
I am still not too tired yet to sleep so I get my fish extender gifts out and divide them up by decks. I grab a bag full and P says he wants to come with me to deliver them, so off we go.
My gifts to all were a Disney Cruise postcard that I pre addressed for them to send back to us once home (still waiting yall LOL), along with one for them to keep. A postcard of our town Temecula CA, this one was for them to drop in our f/e with their address and we would mail back after the cruise, of which I only got 1 of those back LOL and a magnet calander with our Dis Logo. If there were kids in the room they got a note pad, pencil, spinning top, bounce ball or crayons depending on the age of the kids. Adult only cabins got post its, or notepads.
The room I "gave" to someone else LOL
Along the way we saw fellow cruise buddy's Erica and Sarah, and we all acted like we didnt see the other LOL Since we knew they were dropping off f/e gifts also. I also had our secret mickey gift to drop off.
Last night I had E ding dong ditch our secret mickey to drop off a frisbee, mickey beach ball, and mickey raft. Today I had P do the ding dong ditching. The gift tonight was, cars and princess ziplock baggies, high school musical hand sanitzerm and a deck of shrek playing cards.
P and I head back to our room and we check the navagator and see what we want to do tmrw sea say! All day to enjoy the ship!
Next Up: 1 Tequilla, 2 Tequilla, 3 Tequilla, Margarita's and then Martini's? OH MY

As we are waiting in line to buy bingo cards I run up to the drink station to get some oj for us to "water" down. (They really need to put in a drink station on both ends of the ship LOL) I come back down just in time to buy our cards. We find a spot at the bar and the fun begins. Right away we are WINNERS... seriously.... but then again so was everyone else. They pass out a bunch of stuff the boys ended up liking like paper binoculars, stickers notepads etc. We had a great time but really we didnt win one game, one of us was 1 number away on each game and NADA. OH well.. NEXT TIME
Around 6 oclock we deceide to head to the clubs and see if the boys want to join us at tonights show. Freddy Fusion & John Charles (I THINK LOL thats what the Navigator says at least) So we find the lil ones at topsiders eatting. Braden is with the boys chatting away, and J well he's at an all girls table knee deep in what else, corndogs and french frys (that boy can eat!). They both want to see the show so I check them out and we grab some drinks at the drink station and hurry back to the Walt Theater where Tonya is holding our seats

Mother son outing
The bigger boys were transitioning to go up on the sports deck, so I didnt know if they were there or if they were in their club.. so I just got the lil ones. Show was very cute, boys loved it. I got some mother-son time in with J so it equaled out with P getting solo time this morning and the plus was no one got burnt, and no one fell lol.

After the show it was dinner time. Tonya and I went and got the bigger boys from their club. E and Mike met us in line for dinner, tonight Animator's Palate with the show.

Since our servers Gigi and Igor were on point again, the boys finish in record time before us. P and Jaren wanted to go back to their club. I wanted them to stay to see the show in Animators but knew they could care less. So we let them go, and told them to page us when they got there. A few seconds later we got the page, the boy are in the club. Now we kept the lil boys with us because well we didnt want to miss dinner or the show since 1 of us has to check them in. Plus they are still lil enough to enjoy it and did.

I had butternutt squash soup (I think) & for an appitizer I had the spinich jalapeno dip.. it was yummy!
The boys kept us very entertained
Being that I have read the DIS trip reports pre cruise I knew what NOTHING meant. So when Gigi asked E what he wanted for dessert and he said nothing I laughed.

As soon as dinner was over we took them to their club as promised. (man its like we need to bribe them to stay with us and its only day 1... but really were not minding at all, enjoying the fact that the love their clubs and gives the adults some much needed US time!)
We check the lil boys back into their club before heading to Rocken D to see the adult version of the show T ,the boys, and I saw. So since we had time we took some pics in the Atrium. While the guys went to get more drinks at the drink station for us to "water" down.
I saw Cinderella and HAD to take a pic with her as she's my idol... err um my favorite I mean LOL.

Freddy Fusion's show was funny, people in the crowd heckaling made me laugh harder. At the end of the show they handed out glow necklaces and T and I both got one. I told her I bet you this means we have to do something. SURE ENOUGH. It meant we had to get up to start the Rock Star show and dance like Tina Turner. Now it could have been I had too much "water" in my sodas. Or that I'm a former cheerleader and I love to dance, but I was totally into being Proud Mary LOL.

We left after our 5 seconds of "fame" and went and took some more pics before going to the clubs to pick up the boys and head back to the room.

Once back in the room, J deceides he's hungry, so he calls room service and gets a hot dog, P gets a hamburger and there was something else but looks like it was already ate by the time the picture was taken LOL
Taking full advantage of free room service
I am still not too tired yet to sleep so I get my fish extender gifts out and divide them up by decks. I grab a bag full and P says he wants to come with me to deliver them, so off we go.
My gifts to all were a Disney Cruise postcard that I pre addressed for them to send back to us once home (still waiting yall LOL), along with one for them to keep. A postcard of our town Temecula CA, this one was for them to drop in our f/e with their address and we would mail back after the cruise, of which I only got 1 of those back LOL and a magnet calander with our Dis Logo. If there were kids in the room they got a note pad, pencil, spinning top, bounce ball or crayons depending on the age of the kids. Adult only cabins got post its, or notepads.
The room I "gave" to someone else LOL
Along the way we saw fellow cruise buddy's Erica and Sarah, and we all acted like we didnt see the other LOL Since we knew they were dropping off f/e gifts also. I also had our secret mickey gift to drop off.
Last night I had E ding dong ditch our secret mickey to drop off a frisbee, mickey beach ball, and mickey raft. Today I had P do the ding dong ditching. The gift tonight was, cars and princess ziplock baggies, high school musical hand sanitzerm and a deck of shrek playing cards.
P and I head back to our room and we check the navagator and see what we want to do tmrw sea say! All day to enjoy the ship!
Next Up: 1 Tequilla, 2 Tequilla, 3 Tequilla, Margarita's and then Martini's? OH MY

LOL I dont think many knew to do it.. I had put a lil sticker thing on them saying to drop them in my f/e but I really dont think people opened the bags cuz I know I didnt, I put everything in the desk drawers we got then the suitcase LOL. No worries!
and belive me I have those blonde moments also LOL... but E calls them my "your so pretty" moments LOL

OOH NICE long update!
Love how you really did take pictures of your pictures.
Remember the last night how you told me I needed to do that when we had the pile on the floor? Well, we thought we had decided, narrowed it down there were a few I wanted but knew we wouldn't be able to get b/c I promised Ron we would only get the smallest package this time, so I was going to just take pictures of them but I ended up having to go back to the room to look for the stupid little card that says how many you have left to buy and when I got back he had the pile all cleaned up and the ones we were buying in the folder and I totally forgot to take a picture of them....
Oh well, next time!
I ate the same thing as you at Animators....yummm.....
They took away my favorite mushroom appetizer, though, shame on them
Postcards....I still have the one on my fridge to mail to you....maybe I'll get it done when I do my Christmas Cards. lol
We did open our bag there, however I didn't read the postcards at the time so I didn't see that I was supposed to give it back to you! SORRY! What a great idea that was, though....(next time!)
