where were you able to get samples of laundry detergent?

Walmart.com had them in their free samples. Try googling free laundry detergent samples.......If your go on the brand name websites sometimes they give samples as well.

We are at the Polynesian for Thursday and Friday night.

We will be just across the street at Shades of Green. We arrive on the 23rd
and will be staying after the cruise. We walk to the Poly on our way to MK.
The Poly is very nice. Love Ohana's for dinner and breakfast.

Hello out there chatty bunch!

I know there are a few Floridians in the area, & I hope that Fay has left you all unscathed. We got hit HARD here on the Space Coast. I'm in Melbourne & we are still getting some strong winds, & the rain still really hasn't let up over 36 hours later. Our property is about 20-25ft above sea level, but unfortunately a lot of other neighbors in our development aren't so lucky & with the retention ponds in their areas, it's just not a good combo.. My husband has been periodically checking out the neighborhood on foot to see the situation and was able to take some pictures.

Yeah, so needless to say, our first major storm as Florida residents has a feeling a little out of sorts. I've experienced a few hurricanes in my lifetime from being up in MA, Bob being the most severe, but we never had flooding or tornadoes along with them!

My Mom lives in Melbourne too, luckily she's at a pretty high elevation so the neighborhood didn't flood.

We didn't bring bottle beer last time but we brought little bottles of wine and water in our carryon and they were fine just remember you will be carrying them around with you until you get into your room.

It is now on the 4th and the 5th. Figures we already bought our tickets for the 5th the 4th would have been better for us because than all 6 of us could have gone. 2 have to go home on the 5th.

Cans for a few reasons

They are lighter
They fit in Cooling Box better
Helps to keep glass of deck 9 and 10
FatCat always will take a can

Tell your stateroom host to give you the LARGE bucket of ice to cool them down.

I know it will be crazier, but they put a cap on ticket sales, don't they?

Several folks in my group can't go on the 5th because they have to be back here on the 6th for work. If we go on the 4th, we can drive home on the 5th......

I agree it will be busy, but it is my last night wah! I think I decided we are going to go for it we will be at the CR that night so at least we will be close. We will go to Epcot during the day and then hit MNSSHP. MNSSHP is one of my favorite things at WDW so another year another 3 parties

ok sooooo I went to the dollar store today.. trying to get some supplies to make a fish extender.. Well they had a plastic hanging shower caddy thing.. kinda like a hanging shoe holder.. anyway I bought 1 and cut it down to like 6 pockets instead of 10.. bought foam rubber sticky letters and black foam to make mickey heads.. $3. woo hoo!!

I also bought a 3 pocket bed side hanging pocket thing, lol, as a back up. I cut it to 1 pocket and added a foam mickey head on it, just in case the other doesnt work

Packing tips.

Bring along small 6 oz water bottle with sport cap.
Works great for flask and can be easily disguised

Bring small funnel to pour from liquor bottle into sport cap water bottle.
